Configuring BCM To begin, participants will learn how to install Business Contact Manager and configure it. We will also take a look at the interface and the help features.

Using BCM This section will take an in-depth look at each of the Business Contact Manager components: accounts, business contacts, opportunities, business projects, business tasks, communication history, and linking.

Business Contact Manager Tools To conclude, participants will learn about some of the unique Business Contact Manager tools, including the dashboard, the Product and Services Item List, marketing campaigns, and custom forms. We will also learn how to link Business Contact Manager to Microsoft Office Accounting Express.
